Digital Marketing Manager (Performance Marketing + Social Media)

Location: Delhi (India\-based), with Dubai visits possible for top performers

Experience: 3\-4 years minimum

Budget: Rs 50,000/month floor or lesser if the quality is high.

• *About the client**

A reputed Dubai builder selling residential and commercial property to Indian buyers and NRIs globally. Leads come mainly from Meta and Google Ads.

• *What the role covers**

\- Paid campaigns (about 60%): Meta and Google lead generation campaigns, audience building for Indians and NRIs, owning lead quality and cost per qualified lead, and weekly reporting.

\- Social media (about 40%): managing Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn, running the content calendar, writing copy, and coordinating with the video team. Video shooting and editing are not part of this role.

• *Must\-haves**

\- 3\-4 years of hands\-on Meta and Google Ads experience in lead generation

\- High\-ticket experience, ideally real estate, education abroad, finance or luxury

\- Pixel and conversion tracking, lead forms, landing pages, retargeting and CRM integration

\- Strong copywriting and social media management

\- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• *Good to have**

\- Dubai or UAE real estate experience

\- Knowledge of the NRI investor audience

\- Basic exposure to AI video and creative tools

• *Plus Points**

\- Real examples of high\-ticket lead gen campaigns with cost per lead and lead quality numbers

\- Understanding of Dubai property basics (off\-plan vs ready, payment plans, handover, rental yield)

\- Ability to handle both ads and social in a single week

Pay: ₹14,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
