Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and result\-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive quality leads and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook \& Instagram) Ads campaigns.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display \& Performance campaigns).
• Generate high\-quality leads through paid and organic marketing strategies.
• Implement and monitor SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
• Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports.
• Optimize ad budgets to maximize ROI and reduce cost per lead.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives, landing pages, and marketing content.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Lead Generation \& SEO.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console is an added advantage.
• Good analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
