Are you a results\-driven digital marketing professional with strong expertise in performance marketing, sales generation amp; team leadership?

Location: Agra Only

Experience: 6–7 Years

Key Responsibilities

Lead amp; manage the digital marketing team

Plan amp; scale campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, Microsoft, LinkedIn other platforms

Drive sales, revenue, qualified leads amp; campaign profitability

Manage ROAS, ROI, CAC, budgets amp; digital marketing Pamp;

Handle A/B testing, remarketing, conversion optimization amp; acquisition channels

Manage GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels, conversion events amp; UTM tracking

Coordinate with E\-commerce, Content amp; Creative teams

Prepare and present performance reports to management

What We’re Looking For

6–7 years of hands\-on digital marketing experience

Strong performance marketing amp; campaign management expertise

Experience with paid/organic acquisition, affiliate partnerships amp; programmatic/DSP

Strong knowledge of tracking, attribution, CRM integration amp; conversion optimization

Strong analytical, problem\-solving amp; leadership skills
