Job Description: Digital Marketing Manager

• *Location:** BTM Layout / Koramangala, Bengaluru

• *Experience:** 2\+ Years

• *Salary:** Up to ₹45,000 per month

• *Work Mode:** Work From Home for the first 3 months, followed by work from the office.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and business growth.
• Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
• Handle SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
• Create engaging content for social media posts, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and marketing analytics.
• Generate leads through digital marketing activities and optimize conversion rates.
• Manage digital marketing budgets and improve campaign ROI.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 2\+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• Hands\-on experience with social media marketing, SEO, Google Ads, and digital campaigns.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and digital marketing tools.
• Strong communication, analytical, and creative skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve marketing targets.
