We are looking for a creative, data\-driven, and results\-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate high\-quality leads, and drive student admissions.
The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with the admissions, content, design, and management teams to create impactful marketing strategies that support the organization's growth objectives.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook \& Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Manage SEO, SEM, website optimization, and organic traffic growth.
- Oversee social media strategy, content planning, and community engagement.
- Create and manage lead generation campaigns focused on increasing student admissions.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Search Console, and other analytics tools.
- Track KPIs including CPL, CAC, ROAS, website traffic, conversions, and lead quality.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high\-converting ad creatives, landing pages, and marketing materials.
- Manage email marketing and marketing automation campaigns.
- Conduct competitor research and identify new growth opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure optimal ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, and platform updates.
- *Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proven experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
- Hands\-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics (GA4\).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
