Job Description

SourceMash is looking for a Digital Marketing \& SEO Manager to own our organic visibility and digital presence end\-to\-end from technical SEO and content strategy to website performance and campaign execution. This role is for someone who can both think strategically about how enterprise IT buyers search and evaluate vendors and get hands\-on with execution: keyword research, on\-page fixes, content briefs, link building and reporting. You'll work closely with the BD and delivery teams to make sure our digital presence reflects and supports active outreach across our service lines.

  • *What You'll Own**

1\. SEO Strategy \& Execution

  • Own keyword research and mapping across all SourceMash service lines and target verticals.
  • Run technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexation, structured data, mobile performance, Core Web Vitals) and drive fixes with dev/web resources.
  • Own on\-page optimization for existing and new service pages (meta tags, headers, internal linking, content structure).
  • Build and execute a link\-building / off\-page strategy (guest posts, directory listings, partnerships, digital PR).
  • Track rankings, organic traffic and conversion metrics; report monthly on movement and next priorities.

2\. Content \& Website Strategy

  • Develop an SEO\-informed content calendar (blog, service pages, case studies, resource content) aligned to buyer search intent at each funnel stage.
  • Brief or directly write SEO\-optimized content for service pages, blog posts, and landing pages.
  • Own on\-site conversion elements (CTAs, landing page structure, forms) in coordination with BD to make sure organic traffic converts into pipeline.
  • Keep the website's information architecture and content aligned with the current service portfolio and brand system.

3\. Digital Marketing Campaigns

  • Plan and run paid digital campaigns where relevant (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) to complement organic efforts and support specific BD pushes (e.g., Atlanta leadership trip, sector\-specific pushes).
  • Manage and optimize the LinkedIn content calendar across company and leadership profiles (Sourcemash page, Anshika, Tanu), with AI/GenAI and Adobe Commerce as recurring themes.
  • Coordinate email marketing / nurture sequences to complement BD's cold outreach efforts, without duplicating BD's direct 1:1 messaging.
  • A/B test messaging, creatives, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.

4\. Analytics \& Reporting

  • Own Google Analytics/Search Console (or equivalent) setup and reporting cadence.
  • Build a simple, recurring dashboard covering organic traffic, keyword rankings, lead\-source attribution, and campaign ROI.
  • Translate data into concrete next\-step recommendations for BD and leadership — not just report numbers.

What We're Looking For

  • *Must\-haves:**
  • 4\-6\+ years in digital marketing with a strong, demonstrable SEO track record (ideally B2B / IT services / SaaS.
  • Hands\-on technical SEO skills \- comfortable running audits and working directly with tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush/Moz, and Screaming Frog.
  • Strong content sense \- can write or tightly brief SEO content that doesn't read as keyword\-stuffed filler.
  • Working knowledge of website platforms (WordPress or equivalent) sufficient to implement on\-page changes without heavy dev dependency.
  • Analytics fluency \- comfortable in GA4, Search Console, and building reporting that ties to business outcomes, not just vanity traffic metrics.
  • Experience running LinkedIn organic \+ paid campaigns for a B2B audience.
  • *Nice\-to\-haves:**
  • Experience marketing IT services, enterprise software, or staffing/delivery firms specifically.
  • Basic design sense (Canva/Figma) to prep on\-brand assets without waiting on a designer for every small asset.
  • Experience with marketing automation/CRM tools (HubSpot or similar).
