Job Description

The Raptor Marketing is looking for a skilled and result\-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and manage digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in digital campaigns, social media management, paid advertising, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Develop monthly content calendars and marketing campaign plans.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, content creators, and other team members.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse marketing data, and prepare reports.
• Identify new marketing opportunities, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
• Improve brand visibility, audience engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and continuously optimise campaign results.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing and paid advertising.
• Hands\-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Understanding of SEO, content marketing, lead generation, and analytics.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
• Ability to develop marketing strategies and manage multiple campaigns.
• Creative thinking and a results\-driven approach.
