• *About the Role:**

Transparent Capital is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to drive online brand visibility and generate qualified HNI investor leads through digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in performance marketing, SEO, social media management, and campaign optimization.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Generate qualified HNI leads through digital marketing campaigns.
• Plan and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Handle the company's social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube).
• Execute on\-page and off\-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings.
• Create and manage engaging digital content and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI using analytics tools.
• Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion.

• *Requirements:**

• 2\+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, and Social Media Management.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and campaign reporting.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and creative skills.
• Experience in FinTech, Financial Services, or Investment Industry is preferred.
