Digital Marketing Manager

Vandana Group of Industries is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to strengthen our online presence, generate qualified enquiries and support sales growth for our trailers, commercial vehicle bodies, agricultural trolleys and water tankers.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.

Generate qualified leads and coordinate with the sales team for timely follow\-up and conversion.

Manage social media accounts, content calendars, promotional posts, product videos and reels.

Run paid advertising campaigns, manage budgets and improve cost per qualified lead.

Maintain company websites and improve search visibility through SEO.

Manage enquiries from websites, social media, WhatsApp Business and B2B platforms such as IndiaMART.

Coordinate with designers, photographers and production teams to create accurate product content.

Track competitors, customer behaviour and market opportunities.

Maintain consistent company branding across digital platforms.

Submit weekly and monthly reports covering campaign performance, enquiries, spending and sales outcomes.

Qualifications \& Experience

Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of digital marketing experience, including hands\-on campaign management.

Experience in manufacturing, automobiles, agricultural equipment or B2B marketing preferred.

Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO and lead management systems.

Strong communication, content planning and team coordination skills in Hindi and English.

Key Performance Indicators

Qualified leads generated and cost per qualified lead.

Lead\-to\-order conversion in coordination with the sales team.

Return on advertising spend.

Website traffic, search visibility and relevant audience engagement.

Timely campaign execution and accurate reporting.

Pay: From ₹30,000\.00 per month
