Digital Marketing & Sales Manager

• *About the Role:**

Take end\-to\-end ownership of digital marketing and sales performance. Design and execute innovative campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads and emerging OpenAI Ads), strengthen SEO and optimize ROI using analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Google Search Console, conversion tracking and CRM). Lead the telesales team to improve follow\-ups, patient consultations and conversions. **Key Responsibilities:**

Own full\-funnel growth Drive qualified leads, patient consultations and conversion outcomes.

Manage acquisition channels Plan and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Microsoft Ads, OpenAI Ads and emerging channels.

Ideate new growth opportunities Find new audiences, creative campaign concepts and meaningful high\-quality lead sources.

Run rapid experiments Form hypotheses, run A/B tests, measure outcomes and scale proven approaches.

Lead the telesales team \& optimize conversions Manage callers, coaching, follow\-ups and call quality. Track response SLAs, contact rates, lead stages, consultation bookings and conversions to continuously improve performance.

Own cost efficiency \& ROI Analytical, experimental and relentless about cost efficiency and ROI.

Build scalable growth systems Develop repeatable campaigns, processes and workflows that can be expanded across locations and teams. **What We're Looking For:**

4–5 years of hands\-on digital or performance marketing experience.

Hands\-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, SEO, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console and conversion tracking.

Call center experience with a focus on improving conversions.

Fluency in English, Telugu and Hindi. **Preferred (Plus)**Healthcare or hospital experience.

Familiarity with OpenAI Ads, CRM platforms and emerging digital channels.

CRM reporting and offline conversion tracking experience.
