Job Description

Aakash Pure Aqua Tech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and result\-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Fairlands, Salem. The candidate will be responsible for managing online marketing activities, improving brand visibility, generating quality leads, and supporting the company's business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Manage company social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create engaging social media posts, reels, captions, and promotional content.
• Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
• Monitor and optimize advertising campaigns to improve performance and reduce cost per lead.
• Generate quality leads and coordinate with the sales team for follow\-up.
• Track campaign performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Maintain company marketing data and customer information confidentially.

Required Skills

• Practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, content creation, and video editing.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to meet targets and manage multiple marketing activities.
• Knowledge of lead generation and performance marketing.

Qualifications

• Any degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Freshers with good practical knowledge and relevant digital marketing skills may also apply.
