Job Summary

Dr. Aravind's IVF Fertility \& Pregnancy Centre is looking for a creative and result\-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute digital marketing activities, improve online visibility, generate patient enquiries and strengthen the centre's online presence.

The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in social media management, digital campaigns, SEO, content creation and lead generation, preferably in the healthcare or hospital industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms.
• Manage social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging content, posts, reels, stories and promotional creatives.
• Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation.
• Monitor and optimize digital advertising campaigns to improve performance.
• Handle SEO activities to improve website ranking and online visibility.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors and content creators.
• Develop digital marketing strategies to increase patient enquiries and brand awareness.
• Track campaign performance, leads, conversions and marketing ROI.
• Prepare regular digital marketing performance reports.
• Monitor online reviews and support online reputation management.
• Ensure all marketing content follows healthcare advertising guidelines and maintains patient privacy.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration or a relevant field.
• 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Hands\-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Good knowledge of SEO, SEM and social media marketing.
• Experience in content planning and digital campaign management.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Meta Business Suite.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or other creative tools is an advantage.
• Strong communication, creativity and analytical skills.
• Healthcare or hospital industry experience will be an added advantage.
