We are looking for a motivated **Executive – B2B Digital Marketing** to support our brand\-building, lead generation, and digital marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in **LinkedIn marketing, social media campaigns, email marketing, content creation, and campaign execution** in a B2B environment.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *Social Media \& Content Marketing**

• Manage and execute campaigns across **LinkedIn** and **Instagram**
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content
• Support leadership branding through LinkedIn content initiatives

• *Email \& Lead Generation**

• Plan and execute **email marketing campaigns** for lead generation and engagement
• Collaborate with sales teams to drive qualified leads

• *Content Development**

• Write blogs, website content, case studies, newsletters, and social media posts
• Contribute to thought leadership and brand storytelling

• *Campaign Execution \& Coordination**

• Work with business and sales teams on campaigns for talent marketplace and staffing services
• Support webinars, events, and employer branding initiatives
• Maintain marketing calendars and ensure timely delivery

• *Analytics \& Optimization**

• Track campaign performance (leads, engagement, conversions)
• Prepare performance reports and insights
• Assist in **SEO activities** (keyword research, blog optimization, website updates)

• *Market Research**

• Analyze competitors, industry trends, and target customer segments

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• Graduate / BBA / MBA with **1–2 years of experience** in digital marketing
• Experience in **B2B marketing** **(Mandatory)**
• Strong understanding of:
• LinkedIn \& Instagram marketing
• Email marketing
• Content marketing
• Excellent written communication and content creation skills
• Basic knowledge of:
• SEO
• Google Analytics
• Social media analytics
• Knowledge with tools like:
• Canva
• Mailchimp
• LinkedIn Campaign Manager

• *Preferred Skills**

• Experience running **LinkedIn Ads** and lead generation campaigns
• Knowledge of SEO and website content optimization
• Experience in writing blogs and thought leadership content
