Digital Marketing Specialist - Email Marketing (Apollo), SEO, LinkedIn - REMOTE

• *Digital Marketing \& Lead Generation Specialist Required**

We’re looking for a results\-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who can turn traffic into leads and strategy into growth. If you’re hands\-on with email marketing (ideally Apollo), SEO, content, website performance, and LinkedIn campaigns, this role is for you.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Plan, build, and optimize email marketing campaigns (cold outreach and nurturing), ideally using Apollo
• Plan and execute SEO strategies (on\-page, technical SEO, keyword research, content optimization)
• Write, publish, and optimize blog content to grow organic traffic
• Create and manage social media content and posting schedules
• Manage and improve website performance, including Core Web Vitals, page speed, and best practices
• Set up and run LinkedIn campaigns for B2B lead generation
• Track performance, analyse data in analytics tools, and report on results
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support lead generation goals

• *Required Skills \& Experience:**

• 5\+ years experience in Digital Marketing
• Proven experience with email marketing tools (campaign setup, sequences, deliverability basics)
• Solid understanding of SEO (Google Search Console, keyword research, on\-page SEO) and other SEO tools
• Experience writing blogs and managing social media channels
• Hands\-on website experience, ideally using Wordpress, including Core Web Vitals and Google Analytics
• Proven experience running LinkedIn campaigns
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

• *Nice to Have (Bonus):**

• Experience with Apollo or similar email marketing outreach platforms
• B2B lead generation experience
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator and InMail experience
• CRM or marketing automation experience
• Strong analytics and reporting skills
• Experience working with international clients
