Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a results\-driven **Digital Marketing Specialist** with 3–4 years of experience to join our team in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge and hands\-on experience in SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Email Marketing. This role requires a creative and analytical professional who can develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, website traffic, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
• Conduct keyword research, on\-page SEO, off\-page SEO, and technical SEO audits.
• Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
• Create, schedule, and monitor engaging social media content and campaigns.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated customer journeys.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports using analytics tools.
• Track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness through Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools.
• Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to develop marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) as an added advantage.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing.
• Strong hands\-on experience in SEO,AEO, GEO, Social Media Marketing, and Email Marketing.
• Good understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Knowledge of content marketing and basic graphic design tools.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
