Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results\-driven **Digital Marketing Specialist** to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, paid advertising, and creative design.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging marketing posters and promotional creatives.
• Manage and update the company website.
• Handle social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Plan, execute, and optimize **Google Ads** campaigns.
• Plan, execute, and optimize **Meta (Facebook \& Instagram) Ads**.
• Develop digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum **1 year of experience** in Digital Marketing.
• Proficiency in **Google Ads** and **Meta Ads Manager**.
• Experience in website management (WordPress or similar platforms preferred).
• Strong skills in poster designing using **Canva**, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools.
• Good understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and content planning.
• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
