Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and results\-driven **Digital Marketing Professional** with **3 to 5 years of proven experience** in digital marketing. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating impactful online campaigns, driving brand awareness, generating quality leads, and improving customer engagement across digital platforms.

• *Experience:** 3–5 Years

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Manage SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook \& Instagram) Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns.
• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
• Create engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
• Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and ROI using tools such as Google Analytics.
• Generate high\-quality leads through digital marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with the design and sales teams to develop effective marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

• *Required Skills:**

• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and Social Media Marketing.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Experience in the **construction, real estate, or infrastructure industry** will be an added advantage.

• *Qualification:**

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
