Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• **Growth \& Customer Acquisition:** Develop, launch, and manage end\-to\-end performance marketing campaigns across paid channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive cost\-effective user acquisition.
• **Content \& Social Media Strategy:** Create and oversee a content calendar that builds brand authority and drives organic traffic. Manage our social media presence and engage directly with our growing community.
• **SEO \& Inbound Marketing:** Optimize our website, landing pages, and blog content for search engines (SEO) to steadily increase high\-quality organic traffic.
• **Email \& Lifecycle Marketing:** Set up automated email sequences, newsletters, and push notifications to nurture leads, onboard new users, and minimize churn.
• **Analytics \& Data\-Driven Optimization:** Constantly track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), LTV (Lifetime Value), ROAS, and conversion rates. Use data to pivot strategies quickly.
• **Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):** Run A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and user funnels to maximize conversion efficiency.

Requirements \& Qualifications

• **Experience:** 2–4 years of hands\-on digital marketing experience, ideally within a startup, B2B SaaS, or e\-commerce ecosystem.
• **The "Startup Mindset":** Resourceful, agile, and comfortable with ambiguity. You don’t wait for a playbook; you write it.
• **Technical Toolbelt:** Proficiency with essential marketing tools, such as:
• *Analytics:* Google Analytics 4 (GA4\), Google Tag Manager.
• *Paid Ads:* Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads.
• *SEO/Content:* SEMrush, Ahrefs, WordPress/Webflow.
• *Automation:* HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Zapier.
• **Copywriting Skills:** Ability to write compelling, action\-oriented copy for ads, emails, and landing pages.
• **Basic Design/Video Skills (Bonus):** Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite to quickly spin up ad creatives is a massive plus.
