Digital Marketing Specialist

• *About the Role**

We are looking for a creative and result\-driven **Digital Marketing Executive** to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of experience in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Candidates with experience in **healthcare, media, events, IT, or other service\-based industries** will have an added advantage.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Manage SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives.
• Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and prepare performance reports using tools like Google Analytics.
• Create and manage engaging content for social media, blogs, and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with designers, content writers, and other teams to execute marketing strategies.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns and optimize them for better ROI.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

• *Requirements**

• 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Good knowledge of **SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and Google Analytics**.
• Hands\-on experience with marketing tools such as Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Canva, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with a passion for digital trends and content creation.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience in **Healthcare, Media, Events, IT, or other service\-based companies** will be considered a strong advantage.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta Blueprint are a plus.
