Job Description

  • *Job Summary**

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and result\-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple online platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in paid advertising, social media marketing, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and performance analysis to help clients achieve their business objectives.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for multiple clients.
  • Plan, create, and manage campaigns on Meta (Facebook \& Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
  • Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, lead generation, and brand awareness.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings.
  • Manage social media accounts by planning content calendars, scheduling posts, and engaging with audiences.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers for campaign creatives.
  • Monitor website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Generate monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and marketing automation.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with the sales and client servicing teams to understand client objectives and deliver successful campaigns.
  • *Required Qualifications**
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are preferred.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4\), Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
  • Knowledge of WordPress and basic HTML/CSS is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem\-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
