Digital Marketing Specialist

We are a growing plant nursery specialising in a wide variety of plants, gardening products, and landscaping solutions. We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic social media \& digital marketing executive to help promote our business online and increase customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the nursery's social media platforms, including **Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and YouTube**.
• Create engaging content such as posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
• Capture high\-quality photos and videos of plants, products, and nursery activities.
• Edit videos and images for social media marketing and advertisements.
• Plan and schedule content to ensure consistent online presence.
• Respond to customer enquiries and messages received through social media platforms.
• Develop creative ideas to increase followers, engagement, and sales.
• Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements.
• Assist in creating promotional materials, offers, and marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of social media marketing and digital promotion.
• Experience in managing Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and YouTube accounts.
• Skills in photography, videography, and video editing.
• Familiarity with editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
• Good communication and creative content\-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and generate innovative marketing ideas.
• Interest in plants, gardening, or agriculture is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
• Knowledge of online advertising and social media analytics.
