We are seeking a data\-driven and creative **Digital Marketing Specialist** to lead and optimize our online marketing efforts. You will be responsible for developing engaging campaigns, managing digital channels, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure high ROI. - **Campaign Management:** Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
- **Content Creation:** Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop engaging text, image, and video content for various platforms.
- **SEO \& SEM:** Optimize website content and manage pay\-per\-click (PPC) campaigns to increase organic and paid traffic.
- **Analytics \& Reporting:** Measure and report on the performance of all digital campaigns against KPIs and ROI goals using Google Analytics.
- **User Experience:** Collaborate with internal teams to build landing pages and optimize the overall user experience (UX).
- **Market Research:** Monitor market trends, identify customer preferences, and analyze competitor pricing and products.
- *Qualifications \& Requirements**
- **Experience:** 2–4 years of proven hands\-on experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in digital marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- **Analytical Mindset:** Strong ability to extract insights from raw data and translate them into actionable strategies.
- **Communication:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Creativity:** A keen eye for visual communication and design principles.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress).
