About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Digital Marketing Manager who is passionate about content creation, videography, and social media marketing. This is an in\-house role where you will travel with our team, capture the essence of our creative space, and create engaging content that showcases our work and culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel with our team to document and capture activities, events, and projects happening within our creative space.
• Shoot high\-quality photos and videos using professional camera equipment.
• Edit videos and create compelling visual content for social media platforms, especially Instagram.
• Develop creative content ideas and storytelling concepts that increase audience engagement.
• Design graphics, social media creatives, and promotional materials.
• Manage and maintain our Instagram presence through regular posting, reels, stories, and content planning.
• Stay updated with social media trends and implement innovative marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Strong videography and photography skills with experience handling professional cameras.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
• Graphic design skills using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent.
• Excellent understanding of Instagram content strategy and audience engagement.
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently with the team.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
