Job Description

We are looking for a creative, performance\-driven, and highly skilled **Digital Marketing Specialist** to build our brand into one of the leading education providers in Kerala. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in digital marketing, paid advertising, SEO, content strategy, and social media management, with a proven ability to generate high\-quality leads and grow brand visibility.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing \& Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook \& Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Generate high\-quality admission leads while maintaining target cost per lead (CPL).
  • Manage campaign budgets and maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

Social Media Growth \& Brand Building

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to significantly increase followers, engagement, reach, and brand awareness.
  • Manage all company social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
  • Create engaging content calendars aligned with business goals.
  • Build a premium and professional online brand presence.

Content \& Creative Strategy

  • Coordinate with designers and videographers to produce high\-quality reels, videos, graphics, testimonials, and promotional content.
  • Plan campaigns around admissions, events, seminars, workshops, and student success stories.
  • Write compelling ad copy, captions, landing page content, and email campaigns.

SEO \& Website Management

  • Perform on\-page and off\-page SEO to improve organic search rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content.
  • Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Improve website traffic and conversion rates.

Analytics \& Lead Management

  • Monitor campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools.
  • Analyze marketing data and recommend improvements.
  • Work closely with the admissions and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion.

Mandatory Requirements

  • **Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing (EdTech experience preferred).**
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Meta (Facebook \& Instagram) Ads
  • Google Ads (Search, Display \& YouTube)
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Search Console
  • Lead Generation Campaigns
  • Experience managing and growing business social media accounts.
  • Excellent communication and content writing skills.
  • Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the education or EdTech industry.
  • Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms.
  • Video marketing and YouTube channel growth experience.
  • Email marketing and marketing automation.
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
  • Ability to identify emerging digital marketing trends and implement innovative strategies.
