Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business).
• Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, reels, and promotional posts.
• Improve website traffic through SEO and content optimization.
• Run and monitor Google Ads and Meta (Facebook \& Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Generate qualified leads for GST, Income Tax, Company Registration, Audit, and Accounting services.
• Coordinate email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and recommend new strategies.
• Work closely with the management team to achieve business growth objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (Freshers with strong practical skills may also apply).
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools.
• Familiarity with WordPress and basic website management is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking, analytical skills, and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Video editing using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
• Content writing and copywriting.
• Basic understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, and Google Gemini.
• Experience in lead generation and marketing automation.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of qualified leads generated.
• Website traffic growth.
• Social media engagement and follower growth.
• Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
• Search engine ranking improvements.
• Campaign conversion rates.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
