Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a creative, data\-driven, and results\-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, generating leads, driving website traffic, and improving customer engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X).
• Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, blogs, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Optimize website content using SEO best practices to improve organic rankings.
• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other reporting tools.
• Generate leads through digital channels and optimize conversion rates.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, and sales teams to execute campaigns.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.
• Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Familiarity with content marketing and basic copywriting.
• Understanding of lead generation and marketing automation.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools is an advantage.
