- *About the Role**
We are looking for a passionate and results\-driven **Digital Marketing Specialist** to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that increase brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience with performance marketing, SEO, paid advertising, analytics, and social media marketing.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns).
- Plan, execute, and monitor Meta (Facebook \& Instagram) advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Implement SEO strategies, including keyword research, on\-page optimization, technical SEO, and content recommendations.
- Monitor website performance and identify opportunities to improve traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Manage and grow the company's presence across social media platforms through organic and paid campaigns.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools.
- Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the design, content, and branding teams to create high\-performing digital campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and search engine ranking factors.
- Hands\-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Experience running Meta (Facebook \& Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Good knowledge of Google Analytics and campaign performance tracking.
- Experience in social media marketing and content promotion.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
- Excellent communication, problem\-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- *Preferred Skills**
- Google Ads Certification is an added advantage.
- Experience with Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager.
- Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Understanding of email marketing and marketing automation tools.
- Basic knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Previous experience working in a branding, advertising, or digital marketing agency is preferred.
