Digital Marketing Executive
We're looking for a hands\-on Digital Marketing Specialist to run the operational engine behind our digital presence. You'll own SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) strategy, manage our WordPress website, and run our paid acquisition across LinkedIn and Google Ads. Crucially, you'll be the person who knows — at any given moment — what's driving traffic, what's converting, and where the next pound or dollar should go. This role is for an organiser and an analyst, not a writer. You'll work alongside content creators and designers, but your strength is in structure, tracking, and performance.
· Own the end\-to\-end SEO strategy: technical audits, on\-page optimisation, keyword research, link building, and on\-page implementation
· Build and execute our GEO strategy to improve visibility in AI\-powered search engines and large language models like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews — including FAQ schema, conversational content structuring, and citation\-worthy assets
· Plan, launch, and optimise paid LinkedIn campaigns: audience targeting, A/B testing creative, bid management, and reporting on CPL and pipeline impact
· Manage Google Ads campaigns end\-to\-end: search, display, and remarketing — including keyword management, negative keyword lists, bid strategies, and budget allocation
· Own Google Analytics 4 setup and reporting: event tracking, conversion goals, audience segmentation, and dashboards
· Implement and maintain website lead conversion tracking across forms, CTAs, and landing pages — ensuring clean attribution from first touch to MQL
· Manage our WordPress website day\-to\-day: publishing, page builds, plugin management, performance optimisation, and coordination with developers on more complex changes
· Monitor and report on organic traffic, keyword rankings, AI search visibility, paid performance, and conversion metrics
· Partner with content, product, and demand gen teams to align all digital activity with broader marketing goals
· 4\+ years of digital marketing experience with strong SEO and paid media credentials, ideally in B2B or SaaS
· Proven track record managing paid LinkedIn campaigns at scale, with measurable CPL and pipeline outcomes
· Hands\-on Google Ads experience across search, display, and remarketing
· Deep fluency with GA4: event setup, conversion tracking, audience building, and custom reporting
· Experience implementing and maintaining website lead conversion tracking (GTM, UTMs, form integrations, CRM handoffs)
· Hands\-on WordPress experience: themes, plugins, page builders (Elementor, Gutenberg, or similar), and basic troubleshooting
· Fluency with SEO tools
· Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and schema markup
· Experience with Zoho, or similar marketing automation
· Google Tag Manager proficiency
· Background in ABM or demand generation
