We are looking for a talented and result\-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us grow our online presence, generate quality leads, and improve brand visibility.
Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for
- Planning and managing digital marketing campaigns
- Running Meta Ads for Facebook and Instagram
- Supporting Google Ads and YouTube ad campaigns
- Creating content ideas for social media posts, reels, and ads
- Managing Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms
- Improving lead generation through paid and organic marketing
- Coordinating with designers and video editors for ad creatives
- Writing basic ad copies, captions, and campaign content
- Tracking campaign performance and preparing reports
- Researching trends, competitors, and audience behavior
- Supporting WhatsApp marketing and follow\-up campaign planning
- Helping improve website traffic, enquiries, and conversions
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads is preferred
- Social media marketing knowledge
- Content planning and caption writing skills
- Basic understanding of branding and creative marketing
- Ability to analyze campaign performance
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Creative thinking and problem\-solving attitude
- Malayalam and English communication skills preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 2 year experience in digital marketing
- Experience in lead generation campaigns
- Experience with creative agencies, branding companies, or service\-based businesses will be an advantage
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video content trends is a plus
