Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a results\-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels. The ideal candidate has experience in SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and performance analytics, with a focus on generating leads, increasing brand awareness, and improving ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Manage social media platforms and create engaging content calendars.
• Improve website visibility through SEO and keyword optimization.
• Execute email marketing campaigns and marketing automation workflows.
• Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and advertising dashboards.
• Analyze marketing data and prepare regular performance reports.
• Coordinate with content creators, designers, and sales teams to develop effective marketing campaigns.
• Conduct competitor research and identify new digital marketing opportunities.
• Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels to improve lead generation.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4\), and Google Search Console.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LinkedIn Ads and B2B marketing.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
