As an Marketing Intern, you'll be integral to our talent management process and contribute significantly to our ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities

• **Marketing Campaigns:** Support the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across various online and offline channels.
• **Social Media Management:** Create, manage, and improve social media posts to increase engagement and brand visibility.
• **Email Campaigns:** Plan, create, and run email marketing campaigns, monitor their performance, and optimize them for better engagement, reach, and conversions.
• **Market Research:** Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and new growth opportunities.
• **Reporting \& Analysis:** Compile and analyse marketing data, track campaign performance, and prepare regular reports for management review with key insights and improvement suggestions.

Required Skills and Knowledge

1\) Exceptional proficiency in verbal and written English.

2\) Advanced skills in MS Office.

3\) Technological savvy, particularly with web\-based software applications.
