Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO and Social Media)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results\-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in SEO and Social Media Marketing to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving online visibility, driving traffic, increasing engagement, and supporting lead generation through effective digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, and on\-page elements following SEO best practices.
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics and provide data\-driven recommendations.
• Implement link\-building strategies to improve domain authority.
• Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO\-friendly content.
• Manage and grow social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
• Create and schedule engaging social media content, campaigns, and promotions.
• Monitor social media engagement, audience growth, and campaign performance.
• Manage PPC and paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) when required.
• Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz to track and report performance.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, social media trends, and algorithm changes.
• Work closely with developers to implement technical SEO improvements including site speed, mobile optimization, and structured data.

Qualifications \& Skills

• Proven experience in SEO and Digital Marketing.
• Hands\-on experience managing social media platforms and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of on\-page, off\-page, and technical SEO.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
• Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media analytics tools is a plus.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO optimization is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
