Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO & Website development)

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who has hands\-on experience in **SEO, Backlinks, website development, website management and digital marketing activities.** The candidate will be responsible for improving website performance, increasing online visibility, generating organic leads, and managing digital campaigns across various platforms.

Experience\- 2\-5 years **(Minimum 2 years mandatory)**

• *Key Responsibilities:**

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

• Perform on\-page and off\-page SEO activities.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and landing pages.
• Build quality backlinks and improve domain authority.
• Monitor website rankings and SEO performance using analytics tools.
• Prepare monthly SEO reports and recommendations.

Website Development \& Management

• Develop, update, and maintain company websites.
• Manage website content, pages, forms, and landing pages.
• Ensure website responsiveness, speed optimization, and security.
• Coordinate with designers and content teams for website enhancements.
• Troubleshoot website issues and ensure smooth functionality.
• Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.

Digital Marketing

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid marketing channels.
• Create and optimize lead generation campaigns.
• Manage social media platforms and online branding activities.
• Track campaign performance and optimize ROI.
• Coordinate email marketing and marketing automation activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, B.Tech, BCA, MBA or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, SEO and website development and management.
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
• Experience in website development and WordPress management.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript, and website optimization.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
