Digital Marketing Specialist

• *Job Responsibility :**

Paid Campaign Management: Set up, run, and optimize targeted lead generation campaigns on Google Ads,

Meta (Facebook \& Instagram) Ads, and LinkedIn.

• SEO \& SEM Execution: Implement on\-page and off\-page SEO tactics to drive organic visibility, keyword rankings,

and high\-quality web traffic.

• Social Media \& Branding: Curate and oversee the company’s organic social media presence across channels to

engage distributors, contractors, and retail consumers.

• Lead Funnel Optimization: Continuously review ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and lead forms via active A/B

testing to improve conversions and maintain low cost\-per\-lead.

• Analytics \& Performance Tracking: Utilize platforms like Google Analytics to compile weekly performance reports

mapping out marketing spend, conversions, and exact ROI updates.

• Market Research: Keep track of industry design patterns, manufacturing market movements, and competitor

digital strategies to stay ahead.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven history managing professional digital marketing networks.
• Technical Tools: In\-depth familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, and

mainstream SEO discovery suites (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar).

• Language \& Communication: Outstanding written English copywriting capabilities to author creative ad text

alongside strong verbal clarity.

• Work Schedule Commitment: Absolute willingness to commit to the company’s 6\-day (Monday to Saturday, 10:00

AM to 7:00 PM) working routine.

• Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Communications, or a

related discipline.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
