We are looking for a highly talented, result\-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in **Lead Generation, Performance Marketing, and Brand Building**. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of generating qualified leads, optimizing marketing campaigns for maximum ROI, and building strong brand visibility in competitive markets.
This is a performance\-focused role where success will be measured by lead quality, campaign effectiveness, brand growth, and contribution to business revenue. This role goes beyond social media management—we need a strategic marketer who can drive measurable business results.
- *Key Responsibilities\-Lead Generation \& Performance Marketing**
- Develop and execute high\-performing digital marketing campaigns focused on generating qualified leads for residential and commercial interior projects.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook \& Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and manage lead\-generation funnels, landing pages, retargeting campaigns, and conversion strategies.
- Continuously improve campaign performance through data analysis, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and optimization.
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics including Cost Per Lead (CPL), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Conversion Rate, and Lead Quality.
- *Brand Building \& Market Positioning**
- Develop and implement digital strategies to strengthen Shardes Interiors' brand presence and market positioning.
- Increase brand awareness and engagement across digital platforms.
- Create and oversee content strategies that showcase our design expertise, project portfolio, client success stories, and brand values.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all online channels.
- *Digital Marketing \& Analytics**
- Manage SEO, SEM, website optimization, and content marketing initiatives.
- Track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- *Collaboration \& Growth**
- Work closely with the Design, Sales, and Management teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively and maximize returns on marketing investments.
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand visibility.
- *Required Skills \& Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Lead Generation.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and conversion optimization.
- Proven track record of generating qualified leads and achieving measurable business growth.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels, audience targeting, remarketing, and campaign optimization.
- Experience in brand\-building strategies and digital campaign management.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem\-solving skills.
- Strong communication, coordination, and project management abilities.

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
