Digital Marketing Specialist

We are on the lookout for a talented Google Ads Specialist to help us scale our paid campaigns and drive high\-quality leads, sales, and ROI.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta \& Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping).
• Conduct keyword research and implement effective audience targeting strategies.
• Write and test ad copy with A/B testing to find the highest\-performing ads.
• Manage budgets, bids, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
• Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and continuously optimize campaigns.
• Set up and manage conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4\).
• Analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

• *Requirements:**

• 3\-4 years of hands\-on Meta Ads experience.
• Strong understanding of campaign structure and bidding strategies.
• Ability to interpret data and optimize for ROI.
• Experience running campaigns for healthcare (clinics, hospitals) is preferred.
