About the Role

Supreme Technologies is looking for an experienced **Digital Marketing Specialist** to drive business growth through digital marketing, lead generation, and lead conversion. The ideal candidate should have hands on experience with **Google Ads, SEO, Social Media Marketing, client communication, and performance marketing**.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing \& Lead Generation

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns focused on lead generation.
  • Generate high\-quality leads through Google Ads, SEO, social media, and other digital channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, and conversion rates.
  • Optimize campaigns to improve ROI and reduce cost per lead.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Business Development teams for lead follow\-ups.

Google Ads

  • Create, manage, and optimize Search, Display, Remarketing, and Lead Generation campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Write compelling ad copies to improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor budgets, bidding strategies, conversions, and campaign metrics.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

SEO

  • Manage on\-page, off\-page, and technical SEO activities.
  • Perform keyword research and optimize website content.
  • Improve meta titles, descriptions, headings, and internal linking.
  • Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and lead generation.
  • Coordinate with content writers and developers for SEO improvements.
  • Work on backlink strategies, Local SEO, and website performance.

Client Communication \& Lead Conversion

  • Handle client calls professionally and understand business requirements.
  • Explain company services and guide prospects through the sales process.
  • Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and messages.
  • Convert qualified leads into meetings, proposals, or business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow\-up status.

Social Media Marketing

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns.
  • Create content ideas for posts, creatives, and paid advertisements.
  • Increase brand visibility across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google.
  • Support paid social media campaigns for lead generation.

Reporting \& Performance Analysis

  • Track website traffic, leads, conversions, rankings, and ad performance.
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and CRM platforms.
  • Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.

Required Skills

  • Strong expertise in **Google Ads** and **SEO**.
  • Experience with lead generation and conversion\-focused campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and client handling skills.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and digital marketing tools.
  • Understanding of websites, landing pages, and conversion tracking.
  • Familiarity with Social Media Marketing and content planning.
  • Ability to collaborate with sales, design, development, and content teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Experience with Google Ads, SEO, lead generation, and client interaction.
  • Experience in service based business marketing is preferred.
  • Knowledge of WordPress, CRM software, landing pages, and email marketing is an added advantage.

  • Quality leads generated.
  • Lead to call conversion ratio.
  • Call to meeting conversion ratio.
  • Google Ads Cost Per Lead (CPL).
  • SEO traffic and keyword ranking improvements.
