Experience

3 to 5 years in digital marketing, with at least 1 to 2 years in a strategy or lead role Proven experience planning and running multi\-channel campaigns with measurable results Roles:

Build and own the end\-to\-end digital marketing strategy aligned with business and lead\-generation goals Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, YouTube and LinkedIn Plan the SEO strategy covering keyword research, on\-page, off\-page and technical improvements Develop the content strategy and monthly content calendar across social media and video Manage social media channels and drive reach, engagement and follower growth Run email, WhatsApp and SMS campaigns for lead nurturing and retention Track KPIs such as CPL, CTR, ROAS and conversion rate using analytics tools Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and next steps Coordinate with designers, video editors, content writers and the sales team to keep campaigns aligned Research competitors and new digital trends, and run growth experiments across channels Manage the marketing budget and any agencies or freelancers Qualification:

Graduate in Marketing, Management, Mass Communication, IT or a related field (MBA in Marketing preferred) Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot or similar are a plus Good written and spoken English; Hindi and Gujarati preferred
