Digital Marketing Strategist

Spectrum Solar Power is seeking an experienced **Digital Marketing Specialist** to drive our online marketing initiatives and generate high\-quality business leads. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital marketing, social media management, paid advertising, content planning, and performance analysis.

This role is best suited for professionals who have hands\-on experience managing digital campaigns and delivering measurable marketing results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple online platforms.
• Manage the company's social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies through digital channels.
• Create and maintain a content calendar aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate content creation, including graphics, videos, reels, and promotional campaigns.
• Manage and optimize Google Business Profile (Google My Business) to improve local visibility and customer engagement.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports.
• Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Improve website traffic and online visibility through SEO best practices.
• Work closely with the sales team to support lead nurturing and conversion activities.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and recommend new growth opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• **Minimum 2 years of experience** in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Proven experience in social media management and content marketing.
• Experience in digital lead generation and campaign management.
• Hands\-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Experience managing Google Business Profile (GMB).
• Strong understanding of SEO, digital analytics, and campaign optimization.
• Excellent communication, content planning, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the solar, electrical, construction, or home improvement industry is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
• Experience with video marketing and short\-form content creation.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data\-driven decisions.
