• *Job Summary**

The Digital Marketing Team Leader will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies while managing a team of digital marketing professionals. The ideal candidate should have agency experience, strong leadership skills, excellent client\-handling abilities, and hands\-on expertise in SEO, Paid Advertising, and Social Media Marketing.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Lead, mentor, and manage the Digital Marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies (On\-Page, Off\-Page, Technical SEO, and Local SEO).
• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram), and other paid advertising campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and improve ROI using Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Coordinate with Graphic Designers, Content Writers, Video Editors, Web Developers, and Project Coordinators to ensure timely project delivery.
• Communicate with clients, understand business requirements, and provide effective digital marketing solutions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
• Conduct team meetings, assign daily tasks, monitor productivity, and provide performance feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, and industry best practices.
• Ensure client satisfaction through quality work and timely project completion.

• *Required Skills**

• Strong knowledge of SEO (On\-Page, Off\-Page, Technical SEO, Local SEO).
• Hands\-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Performance Marketing.
• Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and Lead Generation.
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4\), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
• Basic understanding of WordPress and website optimization.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Strong team management and client relationship management skills.

• *Eligibility**

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration (BBA/MBA), or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in a Digital Marketing Agency.
• Prior experience in leading a team or managing client accounts will be preferred.
• Google, Meta, HubSpot, or other Digital Marketing certifications are an added advantage.
