Digital & Performance Marketing

• *About the Role**

We are looking for a data\-driven and creative Digital Marketing \& E\-commerce Manager to drive growth and manage the online presence of Vedic Vastu Living. In this role, you will own our paid acquisition channels (Meta \& Google Ads), maintain and optimize our Shopify storefront, and produce everyday graphic assets. You will bridge the gap between technical advertising and visual brand presentation to scale our digital footprint.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Paid Advertising (Core Focus):**
• Strategy, setup, copy testing, and budget optimization for Meta (Facebook \& Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
• Track and report key performance indicators (ROAS, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate) daily/weekly.
• Build, monitor, and scale retargeting funnels to capture high\-intent users.
• **Shopify Store Management:**
• Maintain the website interface, ensuring a high\-end, responsive, and premium user experience.
• Integrate, test, and troubleshoot new Shopify features, apps, and plugins to boost conversions.
• Manage product listings, landing page updates, and simple front\-end formatting.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• Proven track record managing successful Meta and Google Ads accounts with direct attribution models.
• Hands\-on experience configuring Shopify themes, managing navigation, and optimization features.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to draw clear conclusions from ad performance dashboards and Google Analytics.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
