2\. About the Role

TRAX Diagnostics is looking for a skilled and result\-oriented Digital Platforms \& AI Specialist to strengthen its digital infrastructure, automate operational processes, and improve data\-driven decision\-making.

The ideal candidate will have hands\-on experience in API integrations, database management, dashboard development, Python automation, and Generative AI. The candidate will work closely with the Operations Head, laboratory teams, and technology partners to develop real\-time operational dashboards, implement AI\-driven automation, and support the digital setup of the Bengaluru processing laboratory.

3\. Key Responsibilities

• *A. Dashboard Development \& LIMS Integration**

• Integrate CrelioHealth LIMS with analytics platforms using REST APIs and Webhooks.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards using Power BI, Metabase, Streamlit, or similar technologies.
• Track key operational metrics, including sample volumes, turnaround time (TAT), test milestones, hospital accounts, and sample rejection rates.
• Automate data validation and reconciliation between LIMS records, analyzer logs, and dashboards.
• Develop KPI trackers for critical turnaround times, sample processing, and courier cold\-chain monitoring.

• *B. Generative AI \& Process Automation**

• Integrate AI models and LLM APIs, such as OpenAI or Anthropic, into operational workflows.
• Automate daily executive reports covering sample volumes, operational bottlenecks, and financial performance indicators.
• Develop natural\-language data query tools to help management access operational insights.
• Configure automated alerts through WhatsApp, email, or Slack for SLA breaches, increased sample rejections, and laboratory backlogs.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through AI and workflow automation.

• *C. Laboratory Digital Transformation**

• Coordinate with CrelioHealth support to configure the Bengaluru laboratory as a multi\-centre processing facility.
• Support the configuration of test menus, reporting templates, and laboratory workflows.
• Coordinate with laboratory instrument vendors to facilitate integration between PCR and Luminex analyzers and the LIMS.
• Maintain digital project trackers for laboratory setup, licensing, equipment validation, and operational readiness.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and validation of digital systems before operational launch.

• *D. Data Management \& Technical Operations**

• Develop and maintain Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and automated reporting.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for operational reporting and database management.
• Monitor data quality, system reliability, and dashboard accuracy.
• Document API integrations, data workflows, and automation processes.
• Collaborate with operations, laboratory, and management teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

4\. Required Technical Skills

• **Programming:** Python and scripting for data automation.
• **APIs \& Integration:** REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON, and data integration.
• **Database Management:** SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Supabase.
• **Dashboard Development:** Power BI, Metabase, Tableau, Streamlit, or similar platforms.
• **AI \& Automation:** OpenAI APIs, Anthropic APIs, prompt engineering, and AI\-powered workflow automation.
• **Data Engineering:** ETL pipelines, data validation, data transformation, and automated reporting.
• **System Integration:** Understanding of software integrations and data exchange between systems.

5\. Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in data engineering, business intelligence, analytics, or technical operations.
• Previous experience in healthcare technology, diagnostic laboratories, or health\-tech companies.
• Familiarity with CrelioHealth (LiveHealth) or other Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
• Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex is an advantage.
• Exposure to laboratory instrument integration and multi\-centre laboratory operations is desirable.

7\. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Performance will be evaluated based on the following objectives

• Successful development and deployment of the executive operations dashboard.
• Reliable integration of CrelioHealth LIMS data with reporting systems.
• Accuracy and consistency of operational data across integrated systems.
• Successful implementation of automated executive reports and operational alerts.
• Improvements in reporting efficiency and reduction of manual work.
• Timely completion of digital setup activities for the Bengaluru processing laboratory.
• Successful coordination and testing of laboratory software and instrument integrations.

8\. Data Security \& Compliance

• Ensure appropriate protection of patient information and confidential business data.
• Follow applicable healthcare data privacy, security, and access\-control requirements.
• Implement appropriate authentication, authorization, and audit logging for integrations and AI\-powered tools.
• Ensure that AI\-generated operational insights are validated against reliable source data before management use.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
