Position: Digital Proxy Product Owner – Clinical Trials Risk Based Quality Management.

The Digital Clinical Trials Risk Based Quality Management Proxy Product Owner will directly contribute to this challenge : he/she will drive the product to accelerate clinical trials with data driven monitoring
- *The Analytics Data Products Development Product Line is delivering 2 main products (**Proactive operations management with data driven decision making and Data Driven monitoring activities) with the support of technical lead architect (Data scientist \& data analyst being part of the business team)
- *We are supporting global clinical development organization**: Avg. 200 ongoing trials, 7k active sites, 150k active subjects, 15 k users.
- *Main responsibilities:**
- **Risk Based Quality Mgt Product Roadmap Delivery:** In strong collaboration with Digital monitoring analytics product line, prioritize features and enhancements based on data insights and business value
- **Trials Monitoring:** Oversee the data\-driven monitoring and management of over 200 clinical trials using CluePoints software, ensuring timely and accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting. Standard Risk Based Quality management and advanced Site Profile and Oversight tool
- **Performance Monitoring:** Continuously monitor product performance using key metrics and KPIs with Clinical Control Tower, and make data\-driven decisions to optimize product outcomes.
- **Operational Excellence:** Drive operational excellence in day\-to\-day operations by implementing best practices, optimizing processes, and ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
- **Data Analysis:** Utilize CluePoints' advanced analytics and risk\-based quality management (RBQM) solutions to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for clinical monitoring activities optimization
- **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Work closely with cross\-functional teams, including clinical central monitoring team and Clinical Study Units, Site intelligence to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
- **User Experience:** Ensure the product delivers a seamless and engaging user experience by leveraging user data and feedback.
- **Agile Methodology:** Lead agile product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand\-ups.
- **Soft skills**: Results oriented and manages performance to high standards; Clear and simple communication skill; High level of autonomy.
- **Technical skills:** IT Architecture, Integration competencies, Competencies in cloud standard hosting (public / private cloud ; AWS / Snowflake); Data lineage competencies
- **Languages**: English
- **Experience:** Minimum 4 years of experience as Product Owner experience or similar role, with a strong focus on data\-driven decision making and into clinical trials.
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
