Digital Talent Acquisition Manager

• *Job Summary:**

We are looking for an experienced Digital Recruitment Manager to drive high\-volume blue\-collar candidate acquisition for UAE and GCC projects through digital platforms and performance marketing campaigns.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead digital recruitment campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube and WhatsApp.
• Develop multilingual campaigns targeting Tier\-2, Tier\-3 cities and rural India.
• Drive bulk candidate lead generation while optimizing cost per lead (CPL), lead quality and conversion rates.
• Manage campaign budgets, digital sourcing strategies and performance analytics.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to convert leads into shortlisted, selected and deployed candidates.
• Track recruitment KPIs, including qualified leads, cost per hire, selection rates and deployment numbers.
• Identify new digital channels and strategies to improve recruitment efficiency and meet manpower requirements.

• *Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, HR or a related field.
• 7\-8 years of experience in digital recruitment, preferably in blue\-collar hiring, staffing or manpower outsourcing.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube advertising and WhatsApp campaigns.
• Proven ability to manage high\-volume recruitment campaigns and deliver measurable hiring results.
• Experience in regional and multilingual candidate sourcing across India, preferably for overseas recruitment.

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
