We are seeking a self\-motivated QA Analyst to join the QA organization within the Ralph Lauren Consumer Technology division. In this role, you will help shape and elevate a modern, high performing QA practice by applying your expertise in software quality assurance, automation frameworks, and evolving engineering methodologies.

You will lead automation initiatives, enhance build and deploy workflows, and improve test coverage to increase confidence in our systems and reduce risk through scalable automation. Your experience in software testing methodologies, automation best practices, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC) will drive efficiency across our engineering ecosystem.

This position involves close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams, as well as external partners, within an Agile delivery model to deliver high\-quality software while serving as the voice of quality within the team.

• *ESSENTIAL DUTIES \& RESPONSIBILITIES**
• ---------------------------------------

• Develop and Maintain Automation Code \- Design, develop, and execute automation (integration, API, UI) scripts using open\-source tools (Playwright, RestAssured, Selenium, and Appium), debugging and defining corrective actions for an enterprise level e\-commerce system.
• Test Strategy \- Translate business requirements into detailed, comprehensive, well\-structured test plans and test cases. Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate quality testing activities.
• Test Execution \- Decompose the system to test services and existing functionality in isolation and perform more extensive end\-to\-end tests.
• CI/CD Integration \- Develop and improve our test automation frameworks by leveraging cloud infrastructure and implementing the necessary CI/CD pipelines.
• Test Environment \- Improve our deployment approval processes to allow for automated testing and deployments to testing, pre\-production and production environments \- create and help improve these environments.
• Collaborate \- Partner with the Engineering teams to review quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful risk assessment and feedback.
• Governance \- Ensure detailed reporting to assess product quality to project stakeholders and track quality assurance metrics, e.g., defect densities and open defect counts
• *EXPERIENCE, SKILLS \& KNOWLEDGE**
• ----------------------------------

• Multi\-stack engineer with 4\+ years of demonstrated experience in a breadth of development technologies and test automation frameworks
• Strong Programming skills (Python, Java, Javascript) and related test automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, Appium, TestNG, Maven, Pytest).
• Strong problem\-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
• Experience with RESTful APIs (REST Assured, SoapUI) preferably in a microservices architecture environment.
• Experience creating and maintaining CI/CD Pipelines (Jenkins) and integrating the automated testing suites in the pipeline is a plus.
• Experience with non\-functional and load\-testing frameworks (Gatling, JMeter, K6\) is a plus
• Good understanding and experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Sterling OMS is a plus
