We are seeking energetic and target\-driven Direct Sales Representatives to join our expanding field teams in Delhi. No prior experience is required—we will train you completely! Key Responsibilities Field Engagement: Conduct daily outdoor/field visits in assigned Delhi territories to meet potential B2B or B2C clients directly. Product Demos \& Pitching: Give engaging face\-to\-face product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers. Lead Generation \& Conversion: Proactively identify new sales opportunities, address customer queries, and close deals on the spot. Target Ownership: Work towards achieving daily and weekly sales numbers with a highly motivated mindset. Reporting: Update daily sales data, customer feedback, and field logs using our internal reporting sheets or mobile app. Eligibility \& Requirements Education: Graduation is mandatory (Any stream/discipline can apply). Experience: 0–1 Year (Complete freshers looking for their first breakthrough are highly encouraged to apply). Skills: Strong communication skills in Hindi; basic conversational English is an advantage. Traits: High energy, confidence, positive body language, and a strong willingness to learn field sales. Mandatory: Must be comfortable with regular local travel across Delhi. Owning a smartphone is required. (Having a two\-wheeler with a valid license is a big plus).
