The CS Site Manager is a key management role responsible for leading the establishment of ASML’s first site in India and building an organization that can support the customer’s increasing operational needs from start\-up through ramp\-up. This role oversees operational and technical readiness, supports new product introductions, and ensures stable daily operations through a skilled, motivated, and sustainable team. The position holds full accountability for site operational performance, including service delivery, installed base performance, safety, customer satisfaction, and agreed operational KPIs. Close collaboration is required with local and global account teams, internal ASML functions, external suppliers, and customer stakeholders to ensure aligned execution, operational excellence, and long\-term customer support success.
