Director - Plant Operations & Compliance (Factory Head)

• *Role Overview**

• We are looking for an experienced Plant Operations Director to lead our manufacturing facility's daily operations, production, quality control (QC), microbiology lab, and ensure complete regulatory compliance (FSSAI \& Drug Standards). This role will act as the overall in\-charge overseeing all department heads (Production, QC, Micro\-chemists).

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage daily shift planning, production targets, and operational efficiency across the plant.
• Ensure strict compliance with FSSAI guidelines, Drug \& Cosmetics Act, GMP, and GLP standards.
• Coordinate closely with the QC Manager, Lab Chemists, and Production Manager to deliver zero\-error quality output.
• Keep the facility fully prepared for all statutory and regulatory audits (FSSAI/Drug Inspectors).

• *Key Requirements \& Skills**

• Location: Factory / Plant Bhagwanpur
• Experience: 12–18 Years (Minimum 5\+ years in Plant Head / Operations leadership within Nutraceuticals, Food Supplements, or Pharma)
• Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech (Food Tech/Chemical/Biotech) or M.Sc (Chemistry) \+ MBA or B.Pharm/M.Pharm

Pay: ₹60,000\.00 \- ₹80,000\.00 per month
