• *Your work profile:**

• We are looking for a director – SAP Testing to lead enterprise\-wide SAP testing and quality assurance across large\-scale SAP transformation, implementation, migration, and upgrade programs.
• Define and drive the SAP Testing \& Quality Engineering strategy.
• Lead testing for SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, migrations, and upgrades.
• Own SIT, UAT, E2E, regression, integration, performance, data migration, and automation testing.
• Establish testing governance, standards, frameworks, KPIs, and quality metrics.
• Drive test automation and continuous testing using tools such as Tricentis Tosca, SAP Cloud ALM, and SAP Solution Manager.
• Partner with SAP, business, technology, and SI teams to manage quality, risks, and defects.
• Lead and mentor large testing teams and manage external vendors/partners.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and reduction of production defects.

• *Key skills required:**

• We are looking for a director – SAP Testing with 15 years of exp to lead enterprise\-wide SAP testing and quality assurance across large\-scale SAP transformation, implementation, migration, and upgrade programs.

• Lead testing for SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, migrations, and upgrades.
