Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced **Director – Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)** to lead reliability, scalability, availability, and operational excellence across multiple cloud\-based SaaS products.

The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in **product\-based B2B SaaS companies**, large\-scale distributed systems, AWS cloud infrastructure, and SRE leadership. This role requires a strategic technology leader capable of building high\-performing engineering teams and driving reliability initiatives across multiple products.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the SRE strategy across multiple SaaS products.
• Drive system availability, scalability, performance, resilience, and operational excellence.
• Establish and implement SLI, SLO, SLA frameworks and error budget management.
• Lead monitoring, observability, logging, distributed tracing, and alerting initiatives.
• Drive CI/CD, DevOps automation, Infrastructure as Code, and deployment optimization.
• Lead incident response, escalation management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and preventive actions.
• Architect and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure and cloud\-native applications.
• Drive container orchestration, Kubernetes, microservices, and distributed systems reliability.
• Establish operational KPIs, reliability dashboards, MTTD, MTTR, and performance metrics.
• Lead, mentor, and develop SRE, DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, and Platform Engineering teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and executive leadership to drive technology transformation.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• **18\+ years of experience** in Software Engineering, SRE, Cloud Infrastructure, or Reliability Engineering.
• **5\+ years of leadership experience** in senior management / Director\-level roles.
• Mandatory experience working with **product\-based SaaS organizations**, preferably B2B SaaS.
• Strong expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure and architecture.
• Proven experience with SLI, SLO, SLA, monitoring, and reliability engineering.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, observability, and incident management.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
• Strong understanding of microservices and large\-scale distributed systems.
• Proven ability to lead reliability programs across multiple SaaS products.
• Experience architecting high\-growth cloud platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and strategic decision\-making skills.
• Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence through metrics and KPIs.

Important Requirements

• Candidates must have experience in **product\-based SaaS companies**.
• Profiles exclusively from IT services or service\-based organizations are not suitable.
• Experience in B2B SaaS and multi\-product cloud environments is highly preferred.
• Notice period: Immediate to 30 days.

Compensation \& Location

• **CTC:** ₹90–99 LPA, inclusive of 15% variable pay.
• **Location:** Hyderabad, Telangana.
